Service Description
This adult group course is designed for you if: ● You are completely new to Spanish, or ● You know some Spanish words and expressions but aren’t yet able to put them together to have a basic conversation. From the beginning, you’ll learn how to build sentences, ask questions, and use Spanish to communicate, rather than simply memorize vocabulary. By the end of the course, you’ll be able to handle simple everyday interactions, make purchases, ask and answer questions about familiar topics, exchange basic information, and participate in short conversations and role-play scenarios. Most importantly, you’ll understand how Spanish works and have a strong foundation to continue building your speaking skills with confidence. Classes are limited to six students, giving you plenty of opportunities to speak, interact, ask questions, and receive personalized attention. You’ll also receive relevant weekly practice to reinforce what you learn in class and help you continue progressing between sessions. All course materials are created by Arriba Spanish specifically for our students and course goals and are included at no additional cost. If you’re ready to move beyond memorizing Spanish words and start actually using them, Beginners 1 is the place to start.

Cancellation Policy
Payment for services involves the client's acceptance of the following service terms: A) Cancellation and rescheduling: 1. For private lessons, notify us in writing at least 24 hours before the scheduled lesson start time to cancel or reschedule it. Failure to do so will result in the lesson being forfeited. 2. For cancellation of enrollments in group courses: - If enrollment is cancelled up to 5 days before the booked course start date, an 90% refund of the total course fee will be issued. - No refund will be issued if an enrollment is cancelled four days or less from the scheduled start date of the booked course. 3. For rescheduling: of enrollments in group courses: - To reschedule a booking in a group course, cancel your enrollment first, and then enroll in a new course. Rescheduling enrollments in group courses can be done up to four days before the start date of the booked course, and are subject to availability. - Arriba Spanish Learning Center reserves the right to cancel a course if the minimum enrollment is not met by one day before its scheduled start date. Enrolled students will be notified and a full refund will be issued. B) Inclement Weather Policy: In case the weather makes it unsafe to have the class in person, the class will be changed to online format for that day. An email will be sent earlier on the day of the class providing a link to have the lesson online via Zoom.
