Cancellation and Refund Policies

Payment for services involves the client's acceptance of the following service terms:

Private Lessons:

Written notification must be received at least 24 hours before the scheduled lesson start time to cancel or reschedule it. Failure to do so will result in the lesson being forfeited.

Group courses:

1. For cancellations of enrollments in group courses:

- Written notification must be received at least 24 hours before the scheduled lesson start time to cancel or reschedule it. Failure to do so will result in the lesson being forfeited.

- If enrollment is cancelled up to 5 days before the booked course start date, an 90% refund of the total course fee will be issued. - No refund will be issued if an enrollment is cancelled four days or less from the scheduled start date of the booked course.

2.  For rescheduling: of enrollments in group courses:

- To reschedule a booking in a group course, cancel your enrollment first, and then enroll in a new course. Rescheduling enrollments in group courses can be done up to four days before the start date of the booked course, and is subject to availability.

3. Cancellation of group courses by Arriba Spanish Learning Center:

Arriba Spanish Learning Center reserves the right to cancel a course if the minimum enrollment is not met by one day before its scheduled start date. Enrolled students will be notified and a full refund will be issued. 

4. Inclement Weather Policy: In case the weather makes it unsafe to have the class in person, the class will be changed to online format for that day. An email will be sent earlier on the day of the class providing a link to have the lesson online via Zoom.
