Service Description

PRE-INTERMEDIATE SPANISH This adult group course is the next step after Beginners 2 and is designed for students who already have a strong foundation in basic Spanish and are ready to communicate in greater depth. NOT SURE IF THIS IS THE RIGHT LEVEL? If you did not complete Beginners 2 with us, we strongly recommend taking our placement quiz before enrolling. TALK ABOUT THE PAST One of the biggest steps at the Pre-Intermediate level is learning how to talk about things that have already happened. You’ll learn to use the Spanish preterite tense to talk about past events and experiences, allowing you to move beyond conversations focused mainly on the present. BUILD MORE NATURAL CONVERSATIONS You’ll also learn how to use direct object pronouns naturally in conversation and expand your Spanish with useful expressions and idioms. Throughout the course, you’ll put these skills into practice through meaningful conversations, questions, dialogues, and real-life situations. The goal is to help you move toward longer, more detailed interactions and express more of what you actually want to say. SMALL GROUPS — MAXIMUM 6 STUDENTS Small classes mean more opportunities to speak, interact, ask questions, and receive personalized attention. You’ll also receive weekly practice to reinforce what you learn in class and continue developing your Spanish between sessions. If you’re ready to move beyond basic conversations and start talking about your experiences, telling stories, and expressing yourself in greater detail, Pre-Intermediate is your next step.
